Capri Medical has a great respect for older patients and work towards ensuring they are healthy and comfortable in their golden years. They believe that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.  The Doctors  and Nurses provide not only medical care but emotional support & advice in accessing support services. The Doctors recommend an annual Health Assessment for all  patients who are over 75 years of age & offer Chronic Disease management [Care Plans] that  allows for allied health services such as podiatry and physiotherapy to be paid through Medicare.

The Doctors @ Capri Medical require an annual Health Assessment is performed prior to renewing drivers licence for over 75's.

The  Chronic Disease Nurse is available Monday & Tuesday for Care Plans, Heathy Heart Checks & Health Assessments & a range of advice & assistance. Please advise us at the time of booking what you are looking for.
