Here at Capri Medical Centre, we believe quality healthcare takes time. Our priority is to ensure every patient is given the time, space and attention they deserve.
Although the federal government has increased incentives, this still does not fully cover the cost of that care so we will still be charging private fees for some services.

Dr Riaan Jeffery's dedicated interests are children's health, minor surgical procedures (removal of skin lesions, skin cancers,
scar repairs). He also performs Upper Blepharoplasty to remove excess eyelid skin as well as cosmetics services and skin rejuvenation treatments. He also offers comprehensive dermascopic skin checks, IUD insertion / removal, SCUBA dive medicals both commercial & recreational.
Dr Jeffery 's special interest in children's health has created a legion of loyal young patients whose artworks adorn his walls.

Dr Neda Omid-Fard

Dr Neda Omid-Fard is an integral part of the Capri team. She is a caring, family-orientated GP who is interested in all aspects of general practice. She has a passion for women’s and children’s health, chronic disease management and preventative health.
Dr Neda also has psychology and education degrees and maintains a keen interest in mental health and child development.
She is our mental health champion, giving a compassionate ear & very sound advice along with mental health care plans for psychological services through medicare.
Please note that Dr Neda does not prescribe S8, opiate or narcotic medications for new patients.
Dr Neda bulk bills children under 16 years, care plans & health assessments. There are private fees for other all consultations (including telehealth) with Dr Neda. She is available Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays.
Dr Moh'd Tarawneh

Mohammad Tarawneh is an experienced Family Physician who has a special interest in Chronic disease, preventative medicine, Men's health & management of skin & skin cancer. He also offers iron infusions & cortisone injections.
Dr Mohammad Graduated from University of Jordan in 2006. He completed emergency medicine and surgical training in Jordan. His native language is Arabic and he speaks fluent English.
He migrated with his family to Australia in 2012 & has extensive experience in general practice in Australia throughout rural placements & was granted Fellowship qualification from the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) in 2019.
Appointments available Monday, Tuesday & Friday mornings.

Dr Rosel Fame joins us From December 2025 with dedicated interests in children's health, Maternal care, Mental health and Chronic disease.
Rosel Flame is a General Practitioner that graduated in 2006 and has worked extensively in General Practice and Emergency Departments both overseas & rurally.
She obtained Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) in March 2025 and is passionate about providing quality comprehensive healthcare and promoting wellness within the community.
Dr Rosel has appointments available Tuesday and Fridays from 02.12.25
